JDN Realty Group and BPO Seats Sign MOA for New Office Location at eNtec

ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA – August 20, 2026 – JDN Realty Group and BPO Seats have formalized a business partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at eNtec, Nepo Center, Angeles City.

The signing ceremony was held at the 9th-floor boardroom of eNtec and marked the next step in BPO Seats’ establishment within the Nepo Center business community. The partnership brings together JDN Realty Group’s office infrastructure and property-management capabilities with BPO Seats’ business process outsourcing operations.

During the ceremony, JDN Realty representatives welcomed the BPO Seats team to eNtec and emphasized the importance of providing businesses with dedicated workspaces, reliable infrastructure, uninterrupted connectivity, and a professional environment designed to support daily operations and client service.

The agreement follows months of discussions, coordination, and detailed work between the two organizations. Representatives noted that the partnership was finalized through continued communication, mutual trust, and the shared commitment to resolve challenges throughout the negotiation process.

“A signed agreement is not the end of the process. It is the beginning of the work,” a JDN Realty representative said during the ceremony, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting BPO Seats beyond the signing itself.

Present during the ceremony were Aaron B. Montenegro, President and CEO of JDN Realty; JDN Realty Chairman Arni Valdes; Amanda Aworuwa, President and CEO of Reinventing Call Center Operations, Inc.; Dr. Marikit Aworuwa; Jeffrey Banares; Junieden Dela Cruz; Genefer Gloriani; Catalina Begino; and Maribel Ronquillo, AVP for Administration, among other representatives from both organizations.

JDN Realty also recognized Ms. Maribel Ronquillo for her contribution to bringing the partnership together. The company expressed its intention to provide responsive support as BPO Seats develops its operations at eNtec.
