Pangasinan and Pampanga โ After the recent typhoons, an initiative to provide immediate assistance to affected communities in Pampanga and Pangasinan was organized by JDN Realty Group, led by its president and CEO, Mr. Aaron B. Montenegro, in cooperation with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Through JDNโs project โJuan HEARTโ (Helping Everyone Attain Resilience and Transformation), supported by DSWDโs Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), the objective to conduct a relief program to 500 families in the City of San Fernando, Alaminos City, and Dagupan City was made possible.

On July 29, 2025, volunteer employees from JDN and DSWD, worked hand-in-hand, personally distributing grocery packs to 4Ps beneficiaries at the designated barangay covered courts at San Nicolas, San Felipe, and Del Pilar, in the City of San Fernando, with Borealis Corporation (Nepo Mall Dagupan) and Wespan Development Corporation (Nepo Mart Alaminos) also simultaneously distributing grocery packs to the community of Dagupan City and Alaminos City in Pangasinan. The relief program prioritized those who were severely affected by the typhoon, including persons with disabilities, children at risk, and women under the care of the Haven for Women.

With JDNโs belief in the power of creating meaningful connections with organizations in reaching communities and with DSWDโs SLP, recognizing the beneficial impact of partnering with other organizations of society in meeting the needs and contributing to improving the quality of life of their beneficiaries, this initiative truly embodied the spirit of bayanihan, showing how JDN is not just building spaces but building relationships with their communities through collaboration with other significant organizations.
