Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon meets with Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso about the right of way acquisition for the North-South Commuter Railway South Extension (NSCR-Ex) from Tutuban to Sta Mesa, Manila.
Joining them are DOTr Undersecretary Timothy John Batan of Rail Sector, Assistant Secretary Irish βICβ Calaguas of Right of Way and Site Acquisition, Domagosoβs Chief of Staff Cezar Chavez and Secretary to the Mayor Letlet Zarcal. Domagoso has signified his full support to the project.
President Ferdinand Marcos has been pushing for faster implementation of rail projects in the country through DOTr Secretary Dizon for the benefit and convenience of commuters.
